Well, it’s been a while but here we are… back with details of our next events.

The first one is this Friday, which is a bit short notice, but one you’ll be disappointed to miss! Reviewers are raving about Lodestar’s production of Hedwig and the Angry Inch with the Echo giving it a 10/10. Jessica and the Rabbits will open the night, and there’s an after-show party too!

The second’s our annual visit to the Liverpool Art Prize at its new home at Metal on Saturday 26th June. A chance to view the work of the short-listed artists, have a chat with them and, more importantly, vote for the People’s Choice prize.

Oh, and don’t forget to put Saturday 14th August in your diaries for our birthday bash!

The Liverpool Art Prize is a competition of contemporary art open to professional artists based in the Liverpool that has quickly (and quite rightly!) established itself as a ‘regular’ in the arts calendar. It’s organised by Ian and Minako Jackson from artinliverpool.com who founded the prize in 2008.

Summer break

culturepool will be taking a summer break during July and early August but will be back with a bang for our 4th birthday party on Saturday August 14th: so save that date!
