Culturepool have been instrumental in providing our Black Box Theatre School members (aged 11-18years) with opportunities to enhance their experience of and understanding of live theatre.
Just recently Culturepool organised and led a Question and Answer session with the cast of ‘A Doubtful Guest’ at the Everyman and it was a resounding success.The opportunities that Culturepool provide for young people like our members is invaluable.
It is evident through the work we have done that Vinny and Luan have a wonderful rapport with young people and the success of us working together so far I have no doubt is a result of their exciting approach to making theatre accessible to young people and enhance their understanding and confidence by encouraging All young people to express their opinions in an exciting, safe and enthusiastic environment. It is because of this environment that is created by Culturepool that members such as one young person of 16years old who is normally extremely shy felt strong enough to ask the cast questions and express his opinions freely.
