On Tuesday 6th September @ 7.30pm, we’re off to the beautiful concert room in St George’s Hall to see William Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet.
Ever fallen in love with someone you shouldn’t have fallen in love with? Against a backdrop of bloody civil war, two lovers from opposing sides risk everything . . . and pay a terrible price. A story for everyone about sex, death and falling in love.
With a superb ensemble cast, stunning venue and a haunting original score by David Ben Shannon, The Liverpool Shakespeare Festival’s latest production is vivid, bold and powerful. Get ready to fall in love.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for tonight - it was fantastic. I don’t think I’ve enjoyed a play more, and certainly not been to one in a better setting. The chat with the cast was great, rounding off the evening perfectly.
