Join us on Tuesday 4th October, 7.30pm at one of the Liverpool’s newest venues The Capstone Theatre to see a five piece band that combine Indian Ragas, contemporary jazz, flamenco and Arabic rhythms to create an uplifting fusion and an original sound, Unfurl have been enthusiastically received at Jazz festivals and venues across the country, including Manchester Jazz Festival, Brecon Jazz Festival and Birmingham Symphony Hall.

Unfurl originated from the spontaneous jamming between the two founding band members, Olivia Moore, a violinist whose influences stem from jazz, Indian music and flamenco, gypsy and folk music, and Adam Warne, a percussionist specialising in Egyptian percussion. They are joined for this project by Jim Faulkner, a guitarist whose influences include contemporary classical music, world music, minimalism and free improvisation, Gavin Barras, one of the most in demand bass players in the North West, and John Ball, a renowned tabla and santoor player.
