The Liverpool Art Prize is a competition of contemporary art open to professional artists based in the Liverpool that has quickly (and quite rightly!) established itself as a ‘regular’ in the arts calendar. It’s organised by Ian and Minako Jackson from artinliverpool.com who founded the prize in 2008.
Following on from our hugely successful event last year, we’ll be going along to view the exhibition and chat to all the shortlisted artists. There’ll also be refreshing refreshments to keep us all going on what we hope will be lovely summers day!
This is a FREE event but please book a place by emailing .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) so that we can organise the refreshments. Please send your name, number of tickets and a contact number to confirm booking.
All ground floor spaces at METAL are wheelchair accessible, there is some work on upper levels which will be available on an alternative display if required. Call Metal on 0151 707 2277 for further details.
